Plgs Role Call

Export a member list. Give the bot no permissions.

Plgs Role Call has one command, /export-members. Someone you've authorised runs it and gets a private CSV of everyone in the server. It's handy for audits, staff reviews and checking who's actually here.

This is what the command returns. The names and IDs below are sample data.

What's in the file

Five columns and one row per member: username, display name, user ID, account creation date and server join date. That's all it has. There are no messages, roles or email addresses.

Plgs Role Call

What it can and can't do

The bot asks Discord for no permissions at all. Here's the full picture.

Permissions requested
None
Extra access
The Server Members setting, which Discord calls an intent. It's what lets the bot list who is in the server.
What it can't do
Read messages or channels, see DMs, kick, ban, or change anything in the server.
Where the file goes
It's generated on the spot and sent back as a private reply that only the person who ran the command can see. It isn't posted in a channel or stored on the bot's server.
Who can run it
Anyone with the Manage Server permission, or a specific list of people if you'd rather lock it down further.
What's logged
On the bot's server, only that the command was run: who ran it (username and ID), the server name and how many members were exported. The member data itself is never logged.
Removing it
Kick the bot, or open Server Settings, then Integrations, and remove it. It leaves the server straight away.

Handling the file

The export contains Discord user IDs, so treat it like any other member data. Keep it off shared drives and delete it when you're done.

Happy to answer questions before you add it.
